| Brief: | Byrom approached buyking to fulfil a very specific requirement for the Ryder Cup in 2006.
The brief for both the product and the timescales was specific and very demanding.
The requirement was for 250,000 lanyards and pouches to be supplied (attached together) in 3 weeks

| Solution: | Buyking went up against many other longer standing and seasoned suppliers, but demonstrated an excellent understanding of the requirement. In addition to this, our attention to Risk Management meant that we anticipated problems that could have easily jeopardised the complete project. Our in-house Chinese speaking Far East buyers ensured that we would always be in touch with our factory with the latest information. |
| Result: | Including sampling, buyking delivered the 250,000 lanyards and pouches on time and on schedule. We completed the project at the best price of all those that tendered and delivered the goods well within the schedule set.
What was thought to be the impossible, we made look so easy!

Our requirement was very specific, a high profile very large order which had an extremely tight deadline. Buyking were the only company who claimed they would meet with the tight delivery deadlines.
On that basis we awarded buyking the order to produce and deliver 250,000 general public lanyards, each with a bespoke plastic wallet attached, for the 2006 Ryder Cup within 3 weeks – including sending me samples for approval!
Against all odds, where as other suppliers could not meet our tight delivery requirement, Buyking did a fantastic job and delivered on time, on budget with the added bonus of having quoted the best price of all those that tendered.
We will not hesitate to use Buyking again, because we know how reliable they are – they made a difficult task look very easy.![]()

| Brief: | Kinesis had used many Promotional Merchandise suppliers over the years and spent a lot of time looking for prices and products. This proved to be very time consuming and not very effective, particularly when they have so many requirements to source.
What they needed was a company they could rely on for good prices, good products and good service.

| Result: | Kinesis now don’t think twice ever about coming to buyking. Their experience with us has now proved to them that with buyking they get a good deal, and their time searching for products and prices has been reduced significantly.
Kinesis are still encouraged to look around, just to make sure we are on our toes! But they are never disappointed – we always come out on top!
